We're looking for a dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to lead sales performance across corporate, leisure and MICE markets - with the autonomy to create new opportunities, develop high-value partnerships and drive long-term revenue success.

* Owning and delivering the hotel's sales strategy across key market segments
* Developing new business and nurturing key accounts for repeat revenue
* Acting as a brand ambassador at trade shows, networking events & on client visits
* Using insight, data and market trends to stay ahead of the competition
* Leading, coaching and inspiring the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
