The ideal candidate will currently be working at Rosette level or higher, with strong experience in fine dining and modern British cuisine. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career in one of the UK's most respected culinary environments.
About the Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency are achieved across all dishes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain exceptional standards in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Uphold all food hygiene, health & safety, and storage regulations.
Support ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation.
Lead by example in a professional, creative, and fast-paced kitchen environment.
Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal changes.
Requirements
Currently working at a minimum of 2 Rosette level
Strong background in fine dining, modern British cuisine.
A genuine passion for food, creativity, and quality.
Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
