JWR is recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a talented Front of House Manager to join a renowned luxury hospitality destination in Somerset. Lead an exceptional team and help deliver unforgettable guest experiences in a stunning estate environment.Package
- Salary from £40,000 + Tronc.
- 40-hour week (includes weekends when required).

Responsibilities
- Oversee Front of House, Duty & Night teams
- Ensure a seamless guest journey and exceptional service
- Recruit, train & motivate your team
- Maintain high operational standards & SOPs
- Support senior leadership & conduct duty management shifts
Requirements
- Experience as FOH Manager or Assistant FOH Manager in luxury hospitality
- Strong communicator & natural leader
- Passion for guest service & attention to detail
- Confident, organised, proactive and team-focused
- Opera PMS experience desirable
