The Position
I am looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef for a beautiful little 30 Bedroom 4 star Hotel 1 rosette property based in North Wales, the offering consists of a 60 cover 1 Rosette Restaurant, afternoon cream teas and weddings and events (30 booked this year)
We are looking for a passionate and commercial Head Chef to work alongside the GM to develop the brigade of 6 chefs and 2 KP's (this team will grow as the property migrates back to normality)
Set and drive seasonal menus focusing on local produce simply cooked and well presented.
