Food and Beverage Manager, Salisbury
This historic 4 star Hotel is now looking for a passionate and driven Food and Beverage Manager to help them drive standards through the effective management, recruitment and training of your teams.
If you have a experience within the 3 or 4 star market, an understanding of working for a branded Hotel and are now looking for that next step in your career with a company that takes pride in the way it trains and develops its staff, this could be ideal.
Key Requirements for the Food and Beverage Manager:
UK Based with experience of the corporate or independent Hotel sector
Strong Communication Skills with a passion for the "Guest Experience"
A love of managing your teams and seeing them flourish
Experience in operations with a F&B turnover c£1m
Knowledge of Banqueting to 130 Pax
Knowledge of restaurant environments c 70 covers
Comfortable working 5 over 7 to include evenings and weekends
