An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-profile luxury resort featuring multiple restaurants and bars, extensive leisure and spa facilities, and a strong events offering. This is a flagship leadership role for a commercially driven, hands-on operator.

The Role

• Full P&L responsibility for the entire resort operation

• Leadership of large teams across rooms, multi-outlet F&B, leisure, spa and activities

• Drive exceptional guest experience and consistently high standards

• Oversee high-volume trading across restaurants, bars and leisure facilities

• Deliver strong commercial performance through revenue growth and cost control

• Lead, inspire and develop senior management and department heads

• Act as the face of the resort with owners, guests, partners and the local community

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven General Manager or Resort Manager experience in a large hotel or resort

• Strong background in multi-outlet F&B and leisure-led operations

• Highly commercial with a track record of delivering revenue and profit

• Inspirational leader with experience managing large, diverse teams

• A visible, hands-on operator with exceptional guest focus

• Confident managing fast-paced, high-volume operations
