The Role
As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll sit at the heart of the organisation's people strategy, helping deliver a robust training offering across multiple hotel sites. From onboarding to leadership pathways, you'll ensure high-quality learning experiences that support the company's growth.
You will:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions across the Group.
- Support the rollout of new programmes as part of an expanding L&D framework.
- Maintain training records, calendars and reporting, ensuring the Learning & Development Coordinator function runs smoothly.
- Create and update training materials to drive colleague engagement.
- Work closely with hotel teams to promote a culture of continuous learning.
About You
To excel as a Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll bring:
- Experience in an L&D, HR or training support role (hospitality experience welcomed but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A confident, people-centric communication style.
- Comfort using digital learning platforms and technology.
