Our client, a fast-growing UK hotel group, is searching for a talented Learning & Development Coordinator to support their expanding workforce of 1,000+ colleagues. The Role

As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll sit at the heart of the organisation's people strategy, helping deliver a robust training offering across multiple hotel sites. From onboarding to leadership pathways, you'll ensure high-quality learning experiences that support the company's growth.

You will:

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions across the Group.
  • Support the rollout of new programmes as part of an expanding L&D framework.
  • Maintain training records, calendars and reporting, ensuring the Learning & Development Coordinator function runs smoothly.
  • Create and update training materials to drive colleague engagement.
  • Work closely with hotel teams to promote a culture of continuous learning.

About You

To excel as a Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll bring:

  • Experience in an L&D, HR or training support role (hospitality experience welcomed but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • A confident, people-centric communication style.
  • Comfort using digital learning platforms and technology.
