This property newly renovated to provide for weddings and events to a maximum of 150 cover is now looking to further grow the team with the appointment of the follow:
Sous Chef
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sous Chef with experience of working with seasonal, all fresh produce
Passion and drive with a strong understanding of the weddings or boutique hotel market
strong understanding of managing events and producing volume and great quality
In return
you can expect a strong Basic of £30,000 based on a 45 Hour week working straight shifts with limited evenings
