We're looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager with the energy, confidence, and commercial edge to run a high-volume operation while maintaining the polish of a luxury setting. You'll be the driving force behind the team, balancing the buzz of the bar with the precision of the restaurant floor.

About You
* A strong all-round Restaurant & Bar Manager with experience in trendy or high-end city bars, ideally with a background in high street branded retail environments
* Proven experience leading a busy branded restaurant with a sharp eye for maintaining brand standards
* A confident leader who can inspire, coach, and develop your team
* Commercially astute, guest-focused, and operationally hands-on
* Ideally experienced in new openings and passionate about cocktail culture and premium service
* Someone with the presence and gravitas to represent a luxury venue with style and professionalism
