An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced fast food Multi Site Store Manager to join a retail company based in Leicester & Coventry areas. The client is proud of their strong customer relationships and friendly atmosphere with a high focus is on delivering standards and service. They are now looking for a strong Store Manager who has a similar background working in a fast paced fast food/restaurant environment.
Job Description
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- The day to day running of the business
- Involved in all elements of stock control and gross profit margins
- Managing and inspiring at team of up to 25 staff between two sites
- Experience in counter service
- Staff recruitment
- Maintaining brand standards
- Training and development of staff
- Working under pressure
- Be able to think on your feet in order to solve problems
The Ideal candidate will be:
- An experienced Retail Food General Manager or Assistant Manager with at least two years working in a similar counter service or coffee/Retail Food unit
- Able to develop and implement strategies to minimise wastage
- Be able to manage & motivate the team
- MUST be able to drive and willing to travel between two sites
- Must have profit & loss experience
- Experience working towards targets
- Focus on attention to detail
- Dealing with senior Managers and Directors
- Passionate about quality of service & standards
- Friendly and upbeat personality
The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in a restaurant/coffee/retail food environment.
