Predominantly Monday-FridayWe are proud to be partnering with a prestigious luxury Central London Boutique hotel (less than 100 rooms) to recruit an exceptional Room Division Manager to join their Senior Management Team. This is a rare and highly sought-after opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role within a flagship property renowned for its service excellence, refined guest experience, and outstanding reputation.

The Opportunity
As Room Division Manager, you will take full strategic and operational ownership of the hotel's Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations departments. You will play a key role in shaping the guest experience, influencing commercial performance, and contributing to wider business strategy as part of the senior leadership team.
With a predominantly Monday to Friday working pattern, this role offers an exceptional balance of senior-level responsibility and quality of life - a genuine standout opportunity within the luxury hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inspirational leadership to Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations teams
Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards across the entire Rooms Division
Manage budgets, forecasting, and departmental KPIs to maximise performance and profitability
Lead recruitment, training, and development to build a strong leadership pipeline
Ensure brand, quality, and compliance standards are consistently exceeded
Collaborate with the General Manager and Senior Management Team on strategic initiatives and long-term planning
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in a similar senior Rooms Division or Front Office leadership role
Background in a luxury hotel environment is essential
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics
Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and delivering world-class guest experiences
