The Role - General Manager
As General Manager, you will have full P&L accountability, leading the hotel through its next phase of performance growth. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with inspirational leadership and an unwavering focus on guest satisfaction.
You will:
Drive commercial performance, profitability and RevPAR growth
Lead a structured business turnaround strategy, improving margins and operational efficiencies
Deliver exceptional guest experience scores and brand standards
Inspire, develop and retain high-performing hotel teams
Implement clear financial controls and cost management strategies
Build strong local market presence and revenue streams across rooms, F&B and events
Report directly to senior stakeholders within the group
The Ideal Candidate - General Manager
Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager within a branded or quality independent group
Demonstrable success in turning around underperforming hotels.
Strong financial management and P&L ownership experience
Commercially driven with a hands-on leadership style
Exceptional team engagement and culture-building capability
Strong background in guest service delivery and quality metrics
Experience managing multi-department hotel operations including Rooms, Food & Beverage and Sales
