Required Skills:
- Will have a background in 4/5 Star operations delivering the highest quality food
- Experience within multi-rosette / Michelin star kitchen.
- Highly creative with high levels of energy
- Proactive management of your teams and able to develop talent internally

JWR is currently working with one of the top Luxury 5 Star Hotels in the UK, looking for an experienced & passionate Senior Sous Chef to join their multi award winning kitchen
As Senior Sous Chef you must have proven experience in multi-Rosette/Michelin standard kitchens, with the desire to progress in your career at the highest level. You will be working closely with the Executive Head Chef creating stunning modern dishes in keeping with the identity of the restaurant, using the best local produce available in the area.
