The Opportunity - Hotel Manager
The Hotel Manager will report directly to the board of directors and ownership representatives and will oversee the full operational performance of the resort. With a strong emphasis on operational excellence and financial performance, the Hotel Manager will lead from the front, ensuring the highest standards across all departments.
This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume luxury environment and understands the nuances of seasonal coastal resort operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Hotel Manager
* Lead day-to-day hotel operations across Rooms Division, F&B, Events, Spa, and Leisure
* Drive revenue growth and GOP performance in collaboration with Sales & Revenue teams
* Elevate the F&B offering across multiple outlets, ensuring market-leading concepts and service standards
* Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and guest-centric service
* Manage and develop a large, multicultural team
* Maintain exceptional quality standards aligned with luxury brand expectations
* Oversee compliance, health & safety, and sustainability initiatives

Candidate Profile - Hotel Manager
We are seeking a Hotel Manager who demonstrates:
* Minimum 5+ years' experience as Hotel Manager or Director of Operations within a luxury resort or large upscale property (150+ rooms)
* Significant exposure to extensive Food & Beverage operations (multi-outlet, high revenue volume)
* Strong commercial acumen with proven financial performance results
* Inspirational leadership style with the ability to manage large teams
* International experience (European resort experience highly advantageous)
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are desirable
