James Webber Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a commercially focused General Manager for a well-established branded hotel in Devon.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced General Manager who thrives in a branded environment and understands how to drive performance through strong commercial leadership. The successful General Manager will take full ownership of hotel operations, financial delivery and strategic growth.
As General Manager, you will hold full P&L accountability, with a clear focus on increasing ADR, RevPAR and overall profitability. The General Manager will work closely with the sales and revenue teams to maximise market share, strengthen brand positioning and deliver consistent EBITDA growth. This role requires a General Manager who is data-driven, financially astute and confident in making commercially sound decisions.
