This is a hands-on commercial opportunity to take ownership of events and group sales performance across two established hotel properties and genuinely shape how the function operates.
We're looking for an experienced hotel Cluster Sales Office Manager who thrives on conversion, enjoys being close to the operation, and can lead a small team to deliver strong revenue performance across meetings, events and group business.
With responsibility spanning over two hotels within 30 minutes of each other, this is a highly visible role where you'll be trusted to drive standards, support the teams day-to-day, and directly influence commercial results.

* Lead, coach and support the Events & Group Sales team across both hotels
* Drive conversion across meetings, events, conferences and group enquiries
* Maximise revenue opportunities and ensure strong pipeline management
* Work closely with hotel operations to ensure seamless delivery of events
* Take ownership of sales performance, reporting and commercial outcomes
* Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales journeyWhat we're looking for
* Previous experience in hotel Events Sales, Groups Sales or M&E leadership
* Strong understanding of hotel meetings and events operations
* Proven ability to convert enquiries into revenue
* Confident, hands-on leadership style
* Experience working in a branded hotel environment
* Comfortable working across multiple properties (preferred)
