Salary: Circa 28-30k per year

An excellent Branded 4-star hotel with exceptional facilities for both business & leisure guests, situated in central Birmingham.

The Job:
Our client is looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager who will report directly into the General Manager to provide the very best guest experience at all times, from arrival to departure within the Lounge restaurant & bar.

This is an operation that needs a passionate and dedicated individual to deliver food and drink to our guests throughout the day within the 50-seater restaurant offering traditional yet simple menu.

The Essential Skills:
* Must have previous 3- or 4-star hotel food and beverage management or supervisory experience and be able to manage the daily operation of the Restaurant & Bar.
* Be able to lead from the front and be a strong, credible leader and drive standards
* Have a strong Restaurant and Bar knowledge as you will have worked in a quality food operation.
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with guests, colleagues & senior management
* Must be passionate about the hospitality industry & constantly delivering top class customer service
