* 33 days holiday including public.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join a high-quality luxury hotel.
Working closely with the General Manager, the Hotel Operations Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the property, ensuring exceptional standards of service, strong team performance and an outstanding guest experience.Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Services
* Leading, motivating and developing departmental managers
* Maintaining consistently high luxury service standards
* Driving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
* Managing payroll, costs and departmental performance
* Ensuring a highly visible, hands-on management presence throughout the hotelThe successful Hotel Operations Manager will have previous experience within a 4-star deluxe or 5-star hotel, as Operations Manager ideally with strong exposure to both rooms and Food & Beverage operations.
You will be commercially aware, passionate about hospitality and confident leading sizeable teams within a quality-driven environment.
This would particularly suit an ambitious Hotel Operations Manager looking to develop towards a future General Manager position.
