The Job:
My client requires an Assistant Manager to be a very hands on individual & who wishes to be involved in every aspect of a hotel operation based within a limited service hotel in the Solihull area.
As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all the departments with the daily operation of the hotel with Heads of Departments reporting directly to you and the GM. This is a very busy bedroom led business with a small F&B offering including meetings and bar.
You will be part of a team to provide the highest levels of customer service whilst ensuring the highest quality of product is constantly delivered too.
The Essential Skills:
* Able to supervise the daily breakfast operation as well as meet and greet conference guests.
* Be a point of contact for guests and residents and ensure all queries are dealt with effectively and quickly
* Assist every department with the daily running of the operation in front of house and back of house.
* Have a desire and passion to learn all about the hotel operations and develop and progress your career into whichever avenue you desire but have the foundation and training to do this !
The Package / Benefits / Opportunities:
The Assistant Manager position offers an annual salary of c£30k DOE working a 45 hour week and working with a Great Team on site who have fun but still get the work done.
