Hotel Operations Manager - Winchester Area
This beautiful 4 star hotel offering a lovely mix of corporate and leisure is now looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager with a strong presence within the 4 star market
offering 120+ rooms, multiple M&E spaces, a stunning refurbished restaurant lounge and bar area this Hotel operations manager role will need to have a strong F&B Bias
Role Requirements:
Mentor, motivate and inspire your teams of HODs across all sectors of the operation
Drive standards across the hotel through effective communication and leadership
be Naturally hands on in your approach to delivering excellence within the 4 star hotel sector
Have a genuine passion for staff development/recruitment and retention
A strong commercial and financial acumen coupled with great communications skills
