The Skills / Experience required.
As Operations Manager you will need to have an understanding of the 3/4 star UK hotel sector either in a similar role or as a Front Office manager, be knowledgeable of Hotels reservations packages
comfortable training and developing your team of HOD's
Highly engaging and personable with a hands on nature and a passion for the guest experience
already be located in the UK and eligible to work without restriction
