Head Chef - Contract Catering - £40,000 per year - 7:30am to 4:00pm - Monday to Friday
We are looking for an experienced Contract Catering Senior Sous Chef/Head Chef to join this firm in the City of London as their next Catering Head Chef.
- Salary up to £40,000, should you be requested to do extra hours, they will be paid to you.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
- Small covers, with focus on creating modern and appealing dishes, and keeping up with food trends.
- Fantastic private office with stunning City views.
- Great focus on products and latest food influences
As Head Chef, you will support the Catering Executive Chef and the rest of the kitchen team in creating great experiences for the guests. You will mainly be in charge of the private dining whilst the high volume canteen side is run by the Executive Chef.
Please note that you need to have previous Contract Catering experience in a leadership role in the kitchen to be considered for this opportunity.
