A recently refurbished modern,4-star Leisure, Golf and Spa Hotel and a popular modern 4-star hotel with a Branded restaurant inside, is now needing an experienced Executive Head Housekeeper to join the team.

With a full team of Room attendants on both sites including a Housekeeping Supervisor and Shift leader in each property, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the housekeeping departments, where all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest levels.

The ideal candidate will be someone that has previous experience as an Executive Head Housekeeper or a strong Head Housekeeper in a guest facing role within 4-star hotels. A great personality is key for this role with a warmth and ability to build rapport quickly with your colleagues and guests.

We are looking for an Executive Head Housekeeper, you will have an eye for detail and be meticulous in your work, leading by example, make sure that the guest rooms, (there over 100 of them in each hotel) and public areas, conference rooms are kept clean and well maintained by your team, with the occasional support from you.
This is a fast-paced role; with the main area of responsibility including supervising, leading and motivating the teams with a focus on dedication of the highest level of cleanliness. The Executive Head Housekeeper will also assist in the forward planning of the department and always ensuring Guest and Employee satisfaction.
