The Group HR Manager Opportunity:
- With significant positive change in the group, you will be tasked with the coordination of the HR function across 7 hotels.
- Working in line with direction of the stakeholders, this will be a strategic HR role offering an opportunity to add real value to the incumbent team and business.
- A role overseeing all aspects of the HR department including employee relations, recruitment, investigation and disciplinary, appraisals and counselling.
- Change management is critical for the post as the business is on the cusp of significant investment/ repositioning.
