Head Housekeeper - Resort lifestyle Property - Nr. Fairford

The Job:

• To maintain at all times the highest quality of cleanliness and service throughout the property
• To ensure all day to day department operational procedures are undertaken and ensure the department is running efficiently within budget constraints whilst motivating the team to deliver the highest level of customer service at all times.
• To train, develop and build a team.
• To ensure stock takes are carried out within a timescale agreed by the General Manager and ensure that effective stock rotation is in operation and be responsible for the requisition of supplies.

The Essential Skills:

• Previous experience as Head Housekeeper within the UK 4 star market and managing a team
• Focus on exceeding customer expectations through strong team leadership, taking ownership and accountability for your department, and managing all legislative requirements
• Good financial awareness, cost control and able to work to a budget.

The Desirable Head Housekeeper Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrates particular attention to detail
• Natural proactive attitude
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual
