JWR is excited to be working with one of the top hotels in the East Midlands looking for an experienced Executive Head Chef to join the team and redefine the food offerings across the hotel, amidst a period of exciting and substantial investment.

As the Executive Head Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations across multiple outlets within the resort, including refined dining, banqueting, weddings & events. You will be responsible for ensuring that every dish served reflects the highest standards of quality, creativity, and taste. Your leadership will inspire our culinary team to excel, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
