ROLE : Hotel Revenue Manager
LOCATION: West Midlands
SALARY: Circa £50,000 per year plus employee benefits including:

We are in search of a "HOTEL REVENUE MANAGER" who will be responsible for driving and implementing pricing and distribution strategies to achieve optimal revenue, including Food and Beverage revenues, across all sectors of our bustling 4 star Hotel. The primary goal is to secure positive movement in market share performance, with a focus on driving revenue from corporate and long-stay business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the rooms strategy for the hotel.
* Manage hotel rates and distribution strategy.
* Oversee and support the Reservations department and development within the team.
* Achieve monthly budget targets and ensure profitability.
* Work with other hotels in the Group to support the group revenue strategy.
* Generate new business and explore additional revenue streams.
* Lead weekly/quarterly commercial meetings.

As the REVENUE MANAGER, you will be accountable for managing the Reservations and the Meetings & Events departments to encourage a sales-orientated environment within the front office team.

We need an individual who has:
* Recent managerial experience in a Revenue or Reservations setting.
* Familiarity with forecasting, reporting, and preferably knowledge of Opera PMS.
* Knowledge of distribution strategies associated with PMS, CRS, and GDS.
* Hotel Revenue Management experience,including expertise in pricing, budgets and performance. This includes knowing how to yield the highest levels of RevPAR at a hotel level.
