My client is a young, caring and upcoming midsize workspace provider operating 8 large serviced office spaces across the UK, currently looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the operation and sales for their 8000sqm office space in central Reading, easily commutable from most areas of Berkshire, Hampshire and West London.
Candidates will be highly passionate about customer service and be used to be customer facing, experienced in selling high level workspace packages to prospective and upselling private meeting space to existing clients, dealing with any issues arising, conducting showrounds, building relationships with new and current members of the work space as well as P&L & reservations experience.
