Required Skills:
- Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking.
- Similar role held as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef

- Adhere to food safety legislation.
- Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction.

JWR is currently working with a stunning multi outlet resort in the Oxfordshire area looking for a highly experienced Sous Chef to join their team.
As Sous Chef, you will need a similar Hotel background and be comfortable with high volume covers including banqueting & events, and must be able to deliver, develop and maintain the kitchens standards set by the Executive Chef.
This a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Sous Chef or a highly experienced Junior Sous Chef, that can display longevity within their career, to join a successful company and continue to grow as an individual and progress further in their career.
