ROLE: Head Housekeeper
SALARY: £40,000 per year plus staff accommodation available
LOCATION: Perthshire, Scotland
A stunning 200-bedroom 4 star Hotel resort located in Perthshire is seeking a Head Housekeeper to manage the general day to day of the housekeeping department.The ideal candidate will be someone that has previous experience as an Assistant Head Housekeeper or a Housekeeping Manager in a guest facing role within 4-star or Resort hotels. A great personality is key for this role with a warmth and ability to build rapport quickly with your colleagues and guests.
To be successful in this role, you will have an eye for detail and be meticulous in your work, leading by example.
As Head Housekeeper, you will be expected to manage the day-to-day cleaning operation in guest rooms and public spaces.You will be expected to handle all guest needs, enquiries, Lost Property enquiries, requests and complaints where appropriate in a prompt and efficient manner.
