Required Skills:
- Currently a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef within a similar role
- Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
- Very up to date with current food trends & styles.
- Adhere to food safety legislation
- Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction
- Help to promote and maintain a good working environment, leading by example and develop the team around you
- Be a problem solver, ready to come up with on-the-spot solutions
- Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
- Manage ordering and controlling of stock

JWR is excited to be working with a stunning boutique hotel located in Buckinghamshire, looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team.
As Sous Chef, you must be passionate about using the best local produce in the area to create seasonally inspired menus, experimenting with complex flavours and modern techniques while also maintaining the high standards set within the kitchen and developing the junior members in the team.
This a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Sous Chef or highly experienced Junior Sous Chef to join a highly successful company and continue to grow as an individual and progress further in their career.
