- Currently a Head Chef within a similar role
- Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
- Adhere to food safety legislation
- Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction

- Be a problem solver, ready to come up with on-the-spot solutions

As Executive Head Chef you will have to display individual style and flair across all menus, including, breakfast, lunch, dinner & afternoon tea with a balance of classic and modern dishes, while using the best local & seasonal produce available.
