Required Skills:
- Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef within a similar establishment
- Adhere to all company and government food safety legislation

JWR is Currently recruiting for an exceptional Sous Chef with ambition, drive, and energy, who is experienced working within a fresh food kitchen to join our clients forward-thinking, award-winning seasonality lead Hotel & restaurant in Devon.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Head Chef creating locally sourced, adventurous menus utilising produce grown within the kitchen garden.
