Required Skills:
- Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
- Similar role held as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef
- Be up to date with current food styles & trends
- Adhere to food safety legislation
- Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction
- Help to promote and maintain a good working environment, leading by example and develop the team around you
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Health & Safety/Food Safety laws, regulations, and legislation
- Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual

JWR is excited to be working with a luxury estate nestled in the heart of Warwickshire, looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their events kitchen team.
As Sous Chef, you will need a similar Hotel background and be comfortable with high volume covers including banqueting & events, and must be able to deliver, develop and maintain the kitchens standards set by the Executive Chef.
This a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Sous Chef or a highly experienced Junior Sous Chef, that can display longevity within their career, to join a successful company and continue to grow as an individual and progress further in their career
