Salary: £50,000 per annumAs an Operations Manager at a hotel in the Liverpool area, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel's day-to-day activities. This position requires an experienced professional who can lead a team, manage budgets, and uphold the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations across all departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
* Ensure all operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing a high level of guest satisfaction especially within conference & events.Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Deputy General Manager in the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage budgets and financial plans.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
