The Package:
- £16.26 P/H
- 41 weeks
- Monday to Friday
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must be in or have been in a similar role as a Head Chef or Chef Manager
- Independent school experience essential
- Highly creative & high-end fresh food background
- Proactive management of your teams and able to develop talent internally
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to consistently deliver on quality and deadlines.
- Be a problem solver, ready to come up with on-the-spot solutions
- Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
- Manage ordering and controlling of stock
- Passionate about food, standards & results
- Maintain company GP %
