Hotel Sales Office Manager

A modern, popular hotel with extensive gym, heated indoor pool, jacuzzi and a relaxed, casual dining restaurant inside, is now needing a Sales Office Manager to join the team.

* The sales team need an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator or Sales Office Manager to support with the daily running of the office and coordination of all events.
* We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Hotel Sales Office Manager who can be confident and take pride in working with the team to secure new and existing events business for corporate meetings, private dinners, conferences, weddings and more.
* The ability to encourage your team to maximise all sales opportunities and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings in this 100 plus bedroom hotel with conference facilities for up to 200 people.
* We need someone who can efficiently run the Sales Office by defining, documenting, and delivering a professional sales service. Happy to be hands on and work together to achieve the same goal!
* Have the ability to coach and develop your coordinators to ensure a professional and efficient service is always delivered to new and existing clients.
* Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets agreed between yourself and the GM.
