Key Responsibilities:

• Support Golf Academy Manager, Lead and mentor a team of golf professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement comprehensive coaching programs for members and guests of all skill levels.
• Manage day-to-day golf operations including scheduling, equipment inventory, and facility maintenance.
• Drive revenue through effective sales strategies and membership development initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

• PGA membership with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to achieve financial targets and drive profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for golf and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
