Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Online and local Marketing strategy: Take full responsibility for the hotel's marketing strategy and campaigns, ensuring they align with brand values while driving measurable results across all digital platforms.
  • Market Share Growth: Leverage both existing and new accounts to expand the hotel's market share, bringing fresh and innovative strategies to attract and retain guests.
  • People Leadership: Exhibit strong leadership skills by guiding and motivating a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering collaboration and growth within the department.
  • Proactive Approach: Drive initiatives that proactively engage the market, identify new opportunities, and enhance brand awareness in competitive luxury markets.

What We Are Looking For in a Director of Sales and Marketing Manager:

  • Experience: A proven track record in sales and marketing, within the luxury hotel sector, with a clear understanding of online marketing strategies. either at senior management or Director Level
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and inspiring teams to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proactive & Creative Mindset: You are always looking ahead, anticipating trends and ready to take bold, strategic actions to outperform competitors.
  • Results-Oriented: A passion for driving growth, achieving high levels of revenue, and expanding market share.
