We're working with a stunning luxury hotel and spa in the heart of the Lake District, known for its breathtaking surroundings, exceptional guest experience, and award-winning food offering. This is a rare opportunity for a passionate and driven Head Chef to lead a well-established kitchen team at one of the region's most iconic hospitality destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality and smooth service across all F&B outlets
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a strong kitchen team
- Work closely with senior management on menu development and cost control
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
- Strong supplier relationships with a focus on fresh, local ingredients
About You:
- Proven experience as Head Chef in a high-quality hotel
- Passionate about fresh, seasonal food and delivering memorable dining experiences
- A natural leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Calm under pressure with a hands-on, positive attitude
