Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef in a 4/5 Star operation.

- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
We are currently working with one of the most prestigious hotels in the Glasgow area, looking for a Head Pastry Chef to join their multi award winning kitchen team.
As Head Pastry Chef, you should demonstrate a track record of success in upscale fine dining environments, showcasing exceptional attention to detail and be up to date with current food trends and styles.
