We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the culinary team at a prestigious hotel nestled in the beautiful coastal region of Cornwall. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing kitchen budgets, ordering supplies, and controlling costs effectively.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Head Chef or similar role in a quality establishment.
- Expertise in creating and executing delicious menus with a focus on local produce.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
