About You:
Proven experience in an operational leadership role within a 4- or 5-star hotel, ideally in London.
A hands-on leader with a passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
Excellent communication and team development skills.
