Leading Resort - Cornwall
JWR is recruiting for an experienced Marketing Director for a popular resort in a stunning Cornish location, to lead the resorts brand vision, shape strategic marketing initiatives, and drive brand growth across all channels.

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead a popular Cornish resort's creative vision and brand strategy. As Marketing Director, you will be instrumental in defining and promoting the spirit of the resort, overseeing all aspects of brand identity and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Leadership: Shape and champion the resort's brand identity across all channels.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop innovative marketing strategies to drive revenue across various resort segments.
  • Content Management: Oversee creation, publication, and distribution of content to support sales and operational goals.
  • Digital Footprint: Manage efficiency and effectiveness of digital platforms including the website and social channels.
  • Partnerships: Cultivate meaningful brand partnerships and collaborations.
  • Budget Management: Operate within allocated budgets while maximizing ROI.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing and brand management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, PR, and social media strategies.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, innovations, and compliance.

Professional Skills:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and digital analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

The ideal candidates will bring hospitality or similar industry experience, strong project management, exceptional communication, and a keen eye for creative detail.
