The Opportunity
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious 5-star hotel in Central London for an experienced and driven Hotel Operations Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the city's most iconic luxury properties and play a pivotal role in delivering world-class guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all key operational departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance

• Drive operational efficiency and exceptional service standards

• Lead and inspire department heads and their teams

• Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and guest satisfaction scores

• Support the General Manager with strategic planning and daily leadership

• Uphold and enhance luxury brand standards throughout the property

About You

• Proven experience in a senior operations role within a luxury 4 or 5-star hotel

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Excellent understanding of hotel operations, finance, and guest service excellence

• A guest-first mindset and strong eye for detail

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment (London experience preferred)
