The Role:
As Health Club Manager, you'll be at the heart of the club's transformation-recruiting and leading a brand-new team, delivering exceptional member experiences, and ensuring the club operates to the highest standards from launch and beyond.
You'll be responsible for:
* Building your team - hiring and training Leisure Attendants, Therapists, and Membership Sales staff
* Driving growth - managing memberships, spa treatments, wellness offerings, and more
* Leading by example - delivering top-tier service and coaching your team to do the same
* Supporting the wider hotel team, including acting as Duty Manager during key shifts

What We're Looking For:
* Previous Health Club or Spa Management experience, ideally in a hotel or resort environment
* A solid grasp of pool plant operations and compliance - Pool Plant certification is a must
* Hands-on leadership style with a passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing
* Experience in sales and marketing to drive membership growth and engagement
* Strong organisational and people management skills
* A customer-first approach and confidence communicating across all channels
* Commercial acumen - confident with budgets, stock, rotas, and cost controls
* Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days including some weekends and evenings
