The Role:
As Assistant Revenue Manager, you'll support the Revenue Manager and Commercial team in optimising room revenue and overall profitability. This is the perfect opportunity for someone coming from a Revenue Analyst position in hotels looking for the next step.Key Responsibilities:
Analyse booking trends, occupancy levels, and competitor pricing
Provide actionable insights to support forecasting and pricing strategies
Maintain and monitor rate parity across all channels
Work closely with sales, marketing, and reservations to drive revenue performance
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Ideal Revenue Analyst:
Currently working as a Revenue Analyst in a similar luxury environment within the hospitality industry
Highly analytical with a strong commercial mindset
Confident using PMS, RMS, and Excel (Opera/Mews/IDeaS experience a plus)
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
Keen interest in transitioning into a revenue-focused position
