Job Type: Full-Time | PermanentJames Webber Recruitment is working in partnership with a successful and expanding group of boutique hotels to recruit an experienced Corporate Sales Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and strategic Corporate Sales Manager to join a dynamic team and take ownership of developing and growing the corporate and MICE business across a small group of quality-focused hotels.
About the Role:
As Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts within the corporate sector. You will work across multiple properties, identifying key opportunities to increase revenue and brand awareness within the corporate marketplace.
The Corporate Sales Manager will work closely with hotel General Managers, revenue teams, and senior leadership to ensure all corporate activity aligns with the wider business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively source, target, and win new corporate business across the hotel group
Build strong relationships with key accounts, agents, and bookers to ensure repeat corporate business
Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver tailored proposals to meet their needs
Attend trade shows, networking events, and sales missions to raise the profile of the brand
Track and report on sales performance, ensuring KPIs are achieved or exceeded
Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery of corporate bookings
Candidate Profile - Who We're Looking For:
An experienced Corporate Sales Manager with a strong background in hotel or hospitality sales
Proven track record of securing and growing corporate accounts
Self-motivated, commercially aware, and target-driven
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
Full UK driving licence preferred
