£45,000 + Bonus + Paid Overtime

The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume branded restaurant or bar group
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a large team
- Great understanding of food safety, compliance and kitchen management
- Passionate about food, service, and working at pace
We're working with a hugely popular and fast-paced venue in Plymouth, known for its buzzing atmosphere, fresh food and vibrant setting. They're now on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team.
This is a high-volume, branded environment - perfect for a Head Chef who thrives in a busy, structured kitchen where consistency, quality and pace are key. You'll be responsible for managing a large brigade, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring excellent food delivery across breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
