What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing and implementing a high-impact sales strategy to grow occupancy and revenue
- Building relationships with travel agents, high-end tour operators, corporate retreat planners, and VIP clientele
- Managing direct bookings via digital channels and strengthening customer loyalty
- Collaborating with marketing to align campaigns and seasonal promotions
- Monitoring KPIs and generating regular sales performance reports
- Representing our brand at travel and tourism events, trade fairs, and networking functions
